NANJING, October 27, 2026 — SAT NANO will exhibit at the 7th China International Plastics Exhibition 2026, hosted by the China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPIA), taking place October 28–30 at the Nanjing International Expo Center. The company will present four product lines — graphene, carbon nanotubes, nanocellulose, and functional inorganic powders — together with integrated filler solutions for electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, reinforcement, antibacterial performance, and wear resistance in modified plastics, engineering plastics, and biodegradable plastics.
First held in 2014 and staged every two years, the China International Plastics Exhibition has completed six successful editions. Combining procurement and trade, new product showcases, technology innovation, and research commercialization, it has become a well-recognized comprehensive event for the plastics industry both in China and internationally, attracting compounders, masterbatch producers, converters, and equipment suppliers across the value chain.
The 2026 edition continues the exhibition-plus-technical-exchange format, with a focus on new materials, low-carbon solutions, and functionalization.
SAT NANO's exhibit is organized around the practical challenges of plastics modification:
Graphene — for electrically and thermally conductive modification with simultaneous mechanical reinforcement; suited to antistatic, EMI shielding, and thermal interface applications.
Carbon nanotubes — forming percolation-type conductive networks at low loading, while contributing to thermal conductivity and reinforcement; suitable for formulations requiring both mechanical performance and processability.
Nanocellulose — a bio-based reinforcing filler with good compatibility in biodegradable polymer systems, used to improve strength and dimensional stability.
Functional inorganic powders — offering antibacterial, wear-resistant, and thermally conductive options, with particle size and surface treatment customizable to end-use requirements.
Drawing on these product lines, SAT NANO provides combined filler solutions covering electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, reinforcement, antibacterial performance, and wear resistance — helping compounders and masterbatch producers shorten formulation development cycles while controlling cost.
During the exhibition, the SAT NANO technical team will be available to discuss:
Filler selection and loading recommendations across different matrices (PP, PA, PC, PLA/PBAT, and others)
The influence of dispersion and interface modification (coupling agent treatment, ultrasonic or three-roll milling) on final properties
Design of conductive and thermally conductive networks, and control of percolation thresholdsReinforcement and functionalization pathways for biodegradable plastics
Samples and technical support will be available on site.
SAT NANO specializes in the development, production, and application of nanomaterials. Its portfolio covers carbon nanomaterials (graphene, carbon nanotubes, nanocellulose), functional inorganic powders, and emerging two-dimensional materials such as MXenes, serving plastics modification, coatings, electronics, and new energy applications.
